Brett Lemin is the Executive Director of the Waste Contractors and Recyclers Association of NSW (WCRA) and an accredited Mental Health First Aid instructor through Mental Health First Australia. He has been a qualified Mental Health First Aider since 2017 and has delivered Mental Health First Aid training across the waste and recycling sector as part of broader workplace wellbeing initiatives. Brett brings extensive industry knowledge, experience managing teams across multiple industries and a practical approach to workforce wellbeing, safety and mental health awareness. The Mental Health First Aid program equips participants with the skills and confidence to recognise signs of mental health problems, respond appropriately to crisis situations, and support colleagues until professional help is available
